This is the Monterey-Seaside border and the beginning of the Monterey portion of the Monterey Bay Coastal Trail.
You enter Monterey across the street. The trail runs parallel to Del Monte Boulevard on the left and the hotel on the right.
Click on the part of the trail in the direction you want to go.
The trail leading north into Seaside is to the right. It bends around a small lake. No ocean views here.
This portion will be continued as soon as I get back on my bike :>)
