As you enter Pacific Grove, the recreation trail follows the route of the old railroad tracks. On the right is the Hopkins Marine Research Center. On the left, across Ocean View Avenue is an outlet center and resturants.

Looking back toward Monterey with the Aquarium on the right. The trail into Monterey is up the small incline between the drive way to the left and the street on the right. City partking lots and street parking are close by.
